Accommodation
The Congress Organising Committee is delighted to offer delegates a variety of specially negotiated hotel and apartment accommodation, within close proximity to the Perth Convention Exhibition Centre. Accommodation can be booked via the Congress Registration Form as soon as it becomes available online. DeadlinesPerth has a limited number of hotels and we encourage delegates to book accommodation well in advance. Hotels impose strict release dates for block accommodation bookings. All rooms are released 01 February 2008 and bookings received after this date will be subject to availability. |

Explanation of Terminology
“Double Room” refers to a room with one double/queen bed occupied by two people.
“Twin Room” refers to a room with two single beds.
“Single Room” refers to a room with one double/queen bed occupied by one person only.
Deposit
A deposit of one night’s accommodation for your nominated hotel or a credit card number is required with registration to secure your booking. Please note your credit card details will be forwarded onto the hotel to secure the booking only and no monies will be deducted by the Congress Secretariat. The hotel at its discretion may choose to debit your credit card for one night’s accommodation.
Guests are required to settle the balance of your accommodation and incidental charges direct with the hotel upon departure.
Cancellation
Cancellations or alterations must be notified in writing to the Congress Secretariat Fax: 08 9389 1499 or registration@eecw.com.au. All accommodation bookings received will be accepted in good faith and processed.
All accommodation cancellations will be bound by the cancellation policy in place at each hotel.
